BILL TO SIMPLIFY. (By Electric Cable-Copyright.) (Aust.-N .Z. Came Association.) London, May 16. Tho House of Commons read a second time the Law Property Bill, Tho Solicitor-General described it as the biggest Bill eve. - introduced into tho House. It facilitates and cheapens dealings in land, simplifies convevancy, assimilates real property to personal, and places women on the same footing as men in regard to succession in case of intestacy. ITe paid a tribute to tho great skill of tho Lora Chancellor It was owing to tins that the Bill was accepted by the law societies and others interested.
