ARRANGEMENTS FOR MR
MILLAR
The Hon. J. A. Millar is to arive in Feilding "from Wellington by the Main Trunk express this afternoon. He and his party will be entertained at afternoon tea by Mrs J. G. Cobbe, and then the party will visit Aorangi.
To-morow, at 8 a.m., the Minister will be taken for a motor tour through the district. He will be entertained at a banquet in the evening, and afterwards will receive deputations. On Wednesday, Mr Millar will visit the Rongotea and Sandon districts, and leave at noon for Wellington.
Mr Millar lias replied to a reciuee't to .address a public meeting here on political subjects that he has no intention of doing so. It has been -decided by the deputation appointed by the Chamber of Commerce to interview the Minister of Railways at 9 o'clock to-morrow evoning to allot the subjects and the order o fspeakers as follows: Mornin gaud evening train to and from Palmerston aud stops at Buimytliorpe, Messrs H. Tolley and Fred." Pirani; time-table correction, Mr J. W. Bramwell; summing up, Mr J. G. Cobbe.
The Farmers' Union deputation about sheep-trucking facilities will include Messrs Norman Gorton, Hugh Burell, Hector Booth, and J. Porry".
The Committee of the FeiT9iiig Chamber of Commerce would like any owners of motor-cars willing to join in the excursion with the Minister of Railways to join the party at 8 a.m. to-morrow, at the Feilding motor
