A WILL CASE.
♦ ' [PBB PBKBB ASBOOIATIOR.] Christchurch, May 22. Mr Justice Chapman gave judgment to-day in - a case under, the Testator's Family Maintenance Act, in which Susan Rowe claimed provision for her needs from Charles Lewis and another trustee under the will of her late father, Thomas Gonny, who had left her properly worth £150 a year, but subject to a life estate in favor of her mother. The testator left property to the* amount of £25,000, but did*not liberally treat his family, and left the residue, £11,000, to Dr. Barnardo's Homes and other charities in England, and £3000 more for these when his widow died. The Judge found plaintiff to be adequately provided tor after her mother's death, but meanwhile she was not stf, #pd an order for payment of 90s * wees payable from testator's death.
