The Nile Dispute.
o (Per Press Association.) Paris, May 10. M. Deloncle is anxious that n Congress of Powei'3 be summoned to settle the Nile dispute, and being desirous that France shoull secure the aid of Germany, suggests that the Kaiser be asked to act as arbitrator.
