Breach of the Licensing Act.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, May S. Edward Mclntosh and Harry Cunningham, holders of the refreshment booths at the recent trotting meeting at Miratnar were fined 110 10s each and costs for selling whiskey and beer without a license.
