We arc indebted to Mr Giesen, the manager of the Colonists" Land and Loan Corporation, for the sad intelligence communicated to him by telegram from Colonel Pearce, Wellington, that General William Keilding died from cholera at Bangkok, Siam, en March '2r>th.
