Mr .1. Dean, chairman of the Franklin Electric-power Board, Mr L. W. Ivcals, and Mr G. T. Parvin, members of tlie board, accompanied by Mr A. J. McDowall and Mr L. Sharp, secretary and engineer respectively to the board, are attending the annual conference of New Zealand Power Boards at present being held in Wellington.
