RE-ORGANISED RAILWAYS MAGAZINE.

. FIRST ISSUE APRIL 1. Some national features, of general interest, have appeared in each issue of the "N.Z. Railways Magazine" since it was first published, seven years ago. These articles have been so warmly appreciated by all sections of the public that the management has decided to obtain jnore of that fare from additional leading writers. j In the re-planning of the magazine ; care has been taken to have some- j thing for everybody. As an announce- j ment in this issue, mentions, it is a j case of presenting New Zealand to New Zealanders from many viewpoints. I Big series of articles will include the lives of famous New Zealanders, re- : markable criminal trials, lore of the Maori, and other subjects of historic, romantic, or scenic interest. As every issue will have accurate articles of things historic j and other Important subjects, it will ' he well worth keeping. Anybody In- I terested in New Zealand (from all viewpoints) will build up a big store of knowledge of the country by carefully keeping copies of the Magazine. In this way the national monthly will be particularly interesting to schoolteachers and students. •'
