, The monthly meeting of the committee of the Otago Early Settlers’ Association, held yesterday, was attended by Messrs W. R. Brugli (president, in the chair), D. J. Calder, J. Bey, R. C. T. The death of one early settler was recorded during the month—Mrs Mary Gibb Watts, Invercargill (nee Todd), Caribou, 1865; aged-90 years. Two members became life members —Mr A. N. Hope, and Mr E. L.
