HIROHITO TO PAY INCOME TAX
TOKIO, February 16. The assets of Emperor Hirohito and his immediate family were estimated at 3,000,000,000 yen to-day when they filed returns under the new tax law which makes them liable as ordinary citizens. The Emperor vvill probably be taxed 90 per cent, of bis income.
