FAVOURABLE REACTION TO BRITISH APPROACH
(Rec. 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 17. ißeuter’s diplomatic correspondent says it is authoritatively learned that the Uuited States Government has reacted favourably' to the British approach on resuming normal trade relations with Japan.
