The Weather Office advised at noon:! A ridge of high pressure over New Zealand is moving slowly eastwards and a trough is advancing across the Tasman Sea. Forecast to 5 p.m. on Thursday: Light to moderate variable winds, north-easterlies predominating near the coast to-morrow. Weather fair to. cloudy, with moderating temperatures. Further outlook:"Occasional rain on .Thursday night. CONDITIONS IN DUNEDIN. (Reports furnished by the Meteorological Office, Taieri.)
