BREAD DELIVERY
RESUMPTION SHORTLY Parcel-laden housewives and harassed males will learn with re* , lief the decision of Dunedin master bakers to resume the delivery of bread to householders. A decision on general lines for the resumption in all parts of the city had been made, said Mr A. T. Robertson, president of the Dunedin Master Bakers’ Association, and the date of resumption would be fixed at a meeting of the executive of the association to be held on Tuesday. Dunedin bakers intended, 6aid Mr Robertson, to give a trial to the Price Tribunal’s rates for delivery of Is Id for a 41b loaf, 6Jd for a 21b loaf, and 3id for a quarter-loaf.
