LADY ALLEN
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 10. The death has occurred in Auckland of Lady Allen, the wife of Sir Stephen Allen, of Morrinsville. Lady Allen, who was the daughter -of Mr and Mrs A. L, Foster, of Remuera, Auckland, married Sir Stephen in England in 1918. Continued poor health for many years prevented her from taking a prominent part in public life.
