TABRIZ SURRENDER
COURT MARTIAL CONVENED TEHEIIAN, Dec. 19. A court martial has been convened to inquire into the surrender of Tabriz by Government forces to the Democrats. General Barachshani, former commander of the Tabriz garrison, and 11 members of his staff to-day returned by plane.
