BUSH FIRES RAGING
HEAT WAVE IN NEW SOUTH WALES (Rec. 12.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 7. With heat-wave conditions being experienced throughout the State, the danger of bush fires has reached its peak. A grass and bush fire, which swept many miles of country . between Breeza, Piallaway. and Currabubula, in the north-western districts of the State, yesterday, destroyed hundreds of sheep and acres of wheat and oats. Fire brigades answered calls to bush and grass fires in nearly every Sydney •suburb yesterday.
