GERMANS FORCE CIVILIAN EVACUATION
LONDON, November 27.. The Germans evacuated the rvilian population of Northern Norway oecause " the war has spread there and the Rod army, which is very, brutal to'foreign people" has nppeared there," announced the German News Agency, which added that German troops are helping civilians to carry out the evacuation. The bulk of the refugees have already passed through Narvik on the way south.
