Otago Club.—A stroke competition' was played at Balmacewen on Saturday. The winner, J W. Trewerft (handicap 11). returned a net score of 78. Other scores were: B. V. Wright-78—plus 1—79, T. B. Ferguson 79—scr—79, R. W. Dick H. W. Horder 92—13—79, A. R. Woods 87 —s—B2, B. 1. Ferguson 94—12—82, X, M. Cameron 94—9—85. St. Clair Club.—The following were the results of the monthly stroke handicap played on the St. Clair course on Saturday under very boisterous Conditions:—A grade: O. Ford 79—7—72, G, Walsh 83— 10—73 D. H. Blackie 82—9—73, C. Lynch 86—13—73, F. G. CoXhead 93—12—81, B grade: L. W. Sharpin 99—22—77, H. G. Paul 100—19—81, R. G. Hill 96—14-82. F. Roberts 97—14—83, J. C, Fogarty 101—17— 84, C. N. Aslin 104—20—84, Chisholm Park Club.—The four-ball Bogey match played on Saturday was won by 3, Mills and H. Booth, 4 up. Other good cards returned were: F. Pink and J. Bell 1 down, E. Johnson and A. Joel, A. Sinclair and C. Abernethy, H. Morrow and T. Wyatt, and W. W T oodrow and M. Anderson 2 down.
