CAPTURE OF TUNIS
ANNIVERSARY PARADE IN ALGIERS (Rec, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, May 7. The anniversary of the capture of Tunis was celebrated by a ceremonial parade and a inarch past, states an Algiers correspondent. Regiment after regiment of the new French army, reorganised and re-equipped, marched past and cheered General de Gaulle as few French chiefs have been cheered before. British and American units took part in the parade.
