ROYAL MALE CHOIR
The fifty-eighth season of the'Royal Dunedin Male Choir Society will commence wi.th a> concert in the Concert .Chamber of the Town Hall on Monday night. Included in the items by the choir will be ' O Father, Whose Almighty Power'- (Handel), 'By Babvlon's Wa«i,' 'Fierce Raged the Tempest'' (arranged by A:Pettitt), 'Strike the Lyre,' 'Drink of This Cup,' 'John Peel, ' Loch Lomond '"(with .solo by Mr George Salmond); ' Afton Water,' end a ' c.ever musical switch entitled ' A Musical Muddle.' The choir will be supported by Miss Honor McKellar (contralto), Miss Pat- Woods (mezzo-soprano), Miss ...Margaret , Boult (pianist), and a quartet consisting of Bertha Rawlinson, • Dork Wilson,, Aubrey Clarke, and Stuart Falconer, which will sing the- number '.I Dream of Jeannie. The choir will be conducted by Mr J. Paterson. . -' .. '
