MAORI HILL PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
The thirty-eighth anniversary of ■ the establishment of the Maori Hill Presbyterian Church was celebrated on Thursday evening by a representative gathering at a social evening presided oyer by the minister, the Rev. A. C. W. Standage. An official visit by the Moderator of the General Assembly, the Right Rev. J,. •...(■}. Laughton, who .delivered an : inspiring address,, made _ the gathering a memorable one. Musical items by members of the choir and'congregation, together with supper provided by the ladies and a comprehensive vote of thanks to Mr Laughtco and all those who had contributed to the success of the event; completed a happy evening, ,
