OBITUARY
Dft PETER GOW (P.A.) INVERCARGII.Ii, July 13. The death occurred suddenly at Winton this morning of Dr Peter Gow. He was a past-president of the Winton. Jockey Club, a life member and past-president of the Wintc-n A. and P. Association, »nd a foundation member of that body. Ho was also a member of tho committee of the Winton Trotting Club. He was a justice of the peace, and had been a member of local bodies as well as president of the golf and lawn tenuis clubs for many years. Dr Gow was twice married. Of three soni of his first marriage one was recently killed in the Air Force. He is survived by his second wife, Dr Moana Gow, and two daughters and a son.
