ST. CLAIR CLUB The single bogey handicap, which was played on. the St. Clair links on Saturday afternoon, resulted as follows:—A grade; F. Duthie, 1 ,up; J. N. Sams, 1 down; E. P. Mosley, 2 down; N. L. Jones, 3 down; S. E, Crimp, 4 down. B grade: A. M. Jones, all square; W. Wrather, 3 down; G. M. Burn, 3 down; F. H. Elsom, 5 down. By defeating Bayliss arid Smith by 2 and 1 Burnett and Boock readied the semi-final of the four-ball knock-out competition. LADIES’ CLUB. OTAGO CLUB The following are the results of matches played in the four-ball knock-out competition;—Second round; W. G. Wight (2) and G. W. Boivron (13) heat J. H. M’Dougall (4) and A. Gill (10), 4 and 2; J. N. Lemon (1) and E. A. Lucas (8) beat J. B. Callender (6) and A. A. Hudson (14), at the twenty-fifth hole. Third round: A. G. Sime (scr) and J. P. Cartwright (10) beat K. Ross (scr) and E. G. Boddy (12), 5 and 4; D. S. Deacon (12) and T. H. Brown (20) beat D. M. Irvine (7) and 1. Carr (9), 5 and 2; J. A. M’Causland (9) and L. A. Kaye (10) beat E. Partridge (9) and D. E. M’Arthur (20), at the twenty-second hole. CHISHOLM PARK CLUB The first and portion of the second round of the four-ball knock-out was played on Saturday. Dykes and E. M’Faull, 2 up. Second round: J. Fogarty and M. Stewart beat L. Wood and L. Buddicom, 7 and 5; J. Oormley and S. Riddell beat R. Prisk and R. Currie, 5 and 4; G. Mora and S. A match will be played to-morrow, starting at 12.30 p.m. The draw will bo made at the club house. The L.G.U. match played last Tuesday was won by Miss Foley, 110—34 —-76; and Mrs Wood, 99—23—76, who tied for first place. Other good cards were; Mrs Grant,

79 net; Mrs Bristow, 81 net; and Miss Rhodes, 84 net. Winners in the C grade were: —Mrs Sker--ett 109—36—73; Mrs Herbert, 96. net; and Mrs M’Faull, 97 net. The following were the best scores returned in tile Coronation Medal match:— Miss Lumsden, 88—24 -64; 'Mrs Driver, 92--28—64; Mrs M’lver, 85—19—66: Mrs Wilson, 84—16—68; Mrs M’Lean, 96—28—68; Mrs Daglish, 87-18—69; Miss Rothwcll, 94—25—69; Miss Hessian. 102—33—69: Mrs Cramond, 39-19-70: Mrs Fletcher, 93—23 —7O. Mfs Driver was the winner of the medal match plaved last Tuesday, with Mrs M’Lean second. The L.G.U. match played on Saturday was won by Miss Lurnsdon, with Mrs MTver in second place.
