BATTLE OF THE ATLANTIC
A CRITICAL PERIOD WASHINGTON, April 15. (Received April 16, at 10 a.m.) The British Minister, Mr Nevile Butler, addressing the congress, of the Daughters of the American Revolution last night, said: “ Britain’s vital fight to keep her. Atlantic sea lanes open to munitions from the United States is now in its critical period. If the Germans do not strangle us now they never will. The forces arrayed against them are growing stronger.”
