RUGBY The second round of the subsidiary senior competition will be played at Carisbrook at 3. Union will meet Pirates. As a curtain-raiser Alhambra will play Dunedin, At the Caledonian Ground Southern will meet Kaikorai, while Taieri and Zingari-Richmond will play at Mosgiel. Official Guides will be on sale at the Otago Sports Depot, Jacobs’s, and at the various grounds. SOCCER Fletcher Cup matches will be continued. At Logan Park Roslyn-Wakari will meet High School Old Boys. The other town game is Northern v. Technical Old Boys, at the Oval. At Seacliff the local eleven will play Caversham, whie Maori Hill and Mosgiel will meet at Mosgiel.
