COMPLETING THE NEGOTIATIONS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright CANBBERRA, August 24. (Received August 24, at 11 a.m.) The final stage of the negotiations in connection with the joint Australian, New Zealand, and British company to control the Tasman air mail service have been entered upon. The Federal Cabinet submitted! the final draft of an air mail agreement to the other Governments. Early in the coming parliamentary session a Bill will be introduced to ratify the agreement under which the service will operate. '
