COMMISSION OF INQUIRY FOR SOUTH AFRICA {British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, October 27. (Received October 28, at 11 a.m.) The governing body of the League’s International Labour Organisation has accepted an invitation from the Union Government to send a small delegation to South Africa to inform themselves at first hand on Native labour conditions in the Union. The delegation, which will consist of one representative each of Government, employers’, and workers’ groups, will leave for South Africa in December.
