THE GERMAN LEAGUE STRONG ORGANISATION TO BE CREATED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright WINDHOEK, October 27. (Received October 28, at 11 a.m.) Dr Hirskekorn, leader of the German South-west Africa League, who recently returned from Germany, has circularised Germans, saying that the league had definitely resolved to create a strong organisation able to protect German interests.
