STATELY MONUMENT TO BE ERECTED Press Association—-By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, October 27. The ‘ Daily Mail ’ states that the Dean and Chapter of the Abbey, in collaboration with the War Graves Commission, have decided to raise a stately monument above the grave of the Unknown Warrior. The design will be completed after consultation with distinguished artists and architects. The most notable feature will be a niche in which there will be a perpetual flame. /
