UNDEFENDED DIVORCE SUITS Mr Justice Kennedy sat in the Supreme Court this morning to hear undefended petitions for divorce. Edith Jane Bryant (Mr Warrington), desertion; Helena M. M. Cunningham (Mr K. B. Bannerman, of Gore) _ v. David Hill Cunningham (Mr Irwin), adulterv; Emily Jane Thomson (Mr Irwin) V. Thomas Robert Thomson (Mr Warrington), separation agreement; James Munro (Mr Warrington) v. Andre wen a Munro, failure to comply with a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights. A decree for the restitution of conjugal rights within 14 days was granted on the petition of Robert William M‘Kay (Mr C. J. L. White) against Madge M‘Kay.
