(Received October 27, at 8 a.m.) The ‘ Daily Telegraph’s ’ Warsaw correspondent says it is reported from Kaunas that "Herr Hitler has sent: a memorandum to Dr Soetona, the Lithuanian. President, offering a 15-year non-aggression pact, including a frontier guarantee on the following conditions Firstly, that Lithuania renounces her non-aggression pact with the Soviet; secondly, that she revises her existing trade agreements so as to direct all agricultural exports exclusively to Germany in exchange for German goods; thirdly, that she transforms the Memel district into a free zone similar, to Danzig. Lithuania is asked for a reply before the end of the year.
