PREMIER WILL COME SOOTH [From Due Parliamentary Exporter.] WELLINGTON, July 4. The Prime Minister’s visit to the South Island will take place after the Budget has been prepared. He expect* this important document to he ready, by the time the Address-in-Reply Debate ends. “ I want to see the Budget in substance, and see what is there before I leave for the south,” Mr Savage said to-day. . . He also expressed the opinion that the present debate would not end thi# week, but if it did the Budget would be ready.
