LIBEL WRIT ISSUED

CATHOLIC BISHOP CITED ARTICLE ON ATTACK ON COMMUNISM

A libel writ has been issued against the Roman Catholic Bishop of Auckland, the Rt. Rev. J. M. Liston, by Mr F. L. Turley, secretary of the New Zealand Timber Workers’ Union.
