SERVICE Tfi SOUTH AFRICA KING TO SEND FIRST LETTER.' - (Britiih Official Wirsleas.) Pimi Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, June 28. The King will send a letter to the Governor-General of South Africa (the Earl of Clarendon) by to-morrow’s air mail, which will inaugurate the first part of the Empire air mail scheme, by which first-class mail will be sent by air to all .parts of the Empire for lid per half-ounce and Id for a post card. The Secretary for Air • (Viscount Swiriton), the Postmaster-General (Mr G. C. ,Tryon), and Empire representatives will attend to-morrow’s inauguration ceremony at Southampton Airport. -
