The Italia Company, with a capital of £5,376,000 and 38 ships, will control the transatlantic traffic, and the LloydTriestina Company, with 59 ships and a capital of £3,100,000, will control African. Asian, and Australian traffic. The others will deal with local waters. It is expected that many new ships will be built.
