REORGANISATION OF MERCANTILE MARINI Preu Association—By Telegraph—CopyrigM ROME, December 6. (Received December 7, at 1.30 a.m.) Cabinet announced reorganisation of the mercantile marine into four companies under the Maritime Corporation, jvith a capital of nearly £10,000,000. The Italia Company, with a capital of £5,376,000 and 38 ships, will control the transatlantic traffic, and the LloydTriestina Company, with 59 ships and a capital of £3,100,000, will control African. Asian, and Australian traffic. The others will deal with local waters. It is expected that many new ships will be built.
