The State Department announces tha< during November Japan purchased from the United States 682,000 dollars worth of aeroplanes, and Russia 934,000 dollars, the increases over October be* ingJapan 574,000 dollars and Russia 804.000 dollars. The total purchases o! munitions by foreign nations amount to 3,472,000 dollars, compared with 1.501.000 dollars in October.
