PUNITIVE FORCE LEAVES Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright NEW DELHI, December 6. (Received December 7, at 1.30 a.m.) A punitive force of 3,000, including armoured cars* four batteries of artillery, cavalry, and the Northamptonshire regiment, has left to clean up the trouble in Khaisora Valley. Fines will be exacted in the shape of rifles, and the road constructed to facilitate pacification.
