RUGBY FOOTBALL.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—ln to-night’s 1 Star ’ followers of Rugby football are advised that the
postponed match Varsity A v. \ arsity B will be played to-morrow (Wednesday). I would like to suggest that in future this match be abandoned and two championship points be presented to the A team at the commencement of the season instead. The result of this match is a foregone conclusion and a decided disadvantage to other first grade teams. —I am, etc., & Fas. June 16.
