Irwin presiding over the following members:—Messrs M. Matheson, G. Young, D. Garside, T. M'Dowell, E. G. Price, A. L. Mitchell. J. Matheson, C. R. Marks, C. C. O’Hara, W. Hall. B. Whittington, H. F. Payton, and tho secretary (E. 11. Brown). It was decided to apply to the National Coursing Association of New Zealand for'the control of the 1936 Waterloo Cup. Reports were made by several members on the posts donation lists which arc at present in circulation, and- it was decided to call in all lists by the end of February. • The committee expressed its appreciation of the manner in which ' all sporting enthusiasts were contributing to tho cost of the fence on the plumpton. In order to further assist the finances of the club it was decided to obtainpermission from the Minister of Internal Affairs to conduct an art union. It is expected that all work on the plumptou will be completed within two or throe weeks. To mark the occasion of the completion of this work a subcommittee consisting of Messrs E. G. Price, M. Matheson, C. C. O’Hara, W. Hall, H. F. Payton, and the secretary was appointed, with power to make arrangements fori the holding of a social function.

A suggestion to appoint an official haromaster was considered. The question of admission to the club’s meetings was also considered, and it was decided that all nominators of, dogs, ladies, and children accompanied by adults bo admitted free of charge.
