CLUB ROWING WRIGHT MEMORIAL RACE Held over a mile course, the Otago Rowing Club’s race for the Wright memorial double sculls, on Saturday afternoon was won after a hard contest by Brough and Caradus. In the first heat F. Brough and J. R. Caradus beat J. Turnbull and L. J. Davidson by a length. The second heat was won by A. M. Lysaght and J. B. Henry, who defeated W. L. Maffer and K. Morrison by two lengths. The final, between Brough and Caradus and Lysaght and Henry, was an even race all the way, and resulted in a win for Brough and Caradus by half a length. M.C.C.
