WATERSIDERS RESUME
THE AUCKLAND HOLD-UP fPsK United Prem Association. | AUCKLAND, March 29. The dispute between the waterside workers and the Union Steam Ship Company, which has lasted for three days, ended to-day. The members of the Waterside Workers’ Union answered the call for labour for the steamer Wingntni and the motor ship Uauraki without making any further demand for sorters to be employed while loading the vessels. In consequence, cargo work was carried out on both vessels throughout the day. Owing to the delay, the Hauraki’a departure for Wellington has been postponed until noon to-morrow, and the Wingnfui's departure for southern ports has been postponed until Monday.
