ANGLO-FRENCH PROPOSALS BRITISH MINISTERS TO VIST FOREIGN CAPITALS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, February 26. The ‘ Daily Telegraph’s ’ diplomatic correspondent says the Soviet has issued a formal invitation to a British Minister to visit Moscow and discuss the AngloFrench plan. There is no doubt that the Cabinet 'will agree. The Polish and Czechoslovakian Governments are expected to suggest similar visits to their capitals. The ‘ Daily Herald ’ says Sir John Simon and Captain Eden are likely to divide the work, Sir John Simon going to Moscow and Captain Eden to Warsaw and Prague, where he will meet t’he Little Entente as a diplomatic unit.
