SIXTEEN BALLOONS
ENTERED FOR GORDON BENNETT RAGE FOUR DOWN. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. KOVNO, September 25. Four of the sixteen balloons which are in the Gordon Bennett Race are down. They are a German, an American, a Czechoslovakian, and a Polish. The last fell in Lake Finland, but the occupants swam to safety.
