FIRST MEETING
AGED MAN AND BROTHERS VISITOR FROM AUSTRALIA. LONDON, August 29Mr John Thompson, a septuageuarian from Sydney, recently met at Portsmouth, for the first time in nis life, his two brothers, George ami Janies. He left Ullswater half a century ago, before his brothers were born, and obtained employment on a Sydney ferry until the harbour bridge was built. . . George Thompson is a naval pettyofficcr, and Janies lives at Ullswater. John, who is returning to Australia •shortly, says bo considers Sydney to be a Garden of Eden compared with England.
