PROTEST FROM PORTSMOUTH (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, September 8. With regard to the anti-noise campaign a public meeting at Portsmouth decided to send a protest to the Air Ministry against noisy aeroplane engine! and low-flying aircraft.
