LYSABHT'S IRON WORKS DISPUTE DECLARED ILLEGAL. Trek Association—By Telegraph—" Copyright MELBOURNE, September 10. Mr Justice Beeby, in the Federal Arbitration Court to-day, ordered the employees of Lysaght’s Galvanised Iron, Works at Newcastle to return to work forthwith, declaring that the strike was a flagrant breach of every docent industrial relationship.
