SALVATION ARMY COMMANDS
CDMMISSIDNER CUNNINGHAM TRANSFERRED [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON,, May 19. ■ Commissioner Cunningham, territorial commander of the Salvation Army in New Zealand, is being transferred to South Africa, and leaves o»i July 14 by the Rualnne for London to attend a meeting of the High Council, which is to elect a new world commander. From London Commissioner Cunningham will proceed to South Africa.
