George, Albert Evans (Woodville), Bs, costs;' J. Sutherland Ross v. James Harris, £139 14s 4d, amount due pn a mortgage. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Albert F. Saul was ordered to par Bryant and M'Killop Ltd. £2 18s, with costs ol Os, in default three days’ imprisonment.
