WINOOKA
NEW YORK, April 30. A message' from Louisville, Kentucky, states that Colonel W. J. Winn announced to-day that Winooka will run half a mile exhibition at Churchill Downs on May 4, and if he shows up will take part in the handicap spring race on the closing day of the Downs Meeting. If Winooka proves his worth in two trials here, Colonel Winn said, ho had in mind the arranging of a series of international races -for the summer season on American tracks.
