Rene Couzinet, a leading constructor, has furnished the Air Ministry with plans for an aeroplane with a hermetically sealed cabin, designed to attain an altitude of 36,000 feet and a speed of 250 miles an hour, and able to fly from Paris to New York in sixteen hours.
